Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, which ensures your package is tracked and insured throughout its journey.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the earplugs and all original packaging, including the carry case and extra ear tips, into a secure shipping box or padded envelope.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
